He has one of the top ten TED Talks titled, "How Great Leaders Inspire Action," which has over 27 million views. His first book, Start With Why, was a big success. His latest NY Times Best Seller, Leaders Eat Last, is an incredible book about how leaders can create environments in which people come together to do remarkable work.
